The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in domestic and international ticketing, with proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre). The role involves night shifts to support international clients.

nKey Responsibilities:

Manage air ticketbookings, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations for domestic and international travel.

Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for flight reservations and changes.
N
Provide fare quotes, process refunds, and handle schedule changes.

Ensure accurate ticket issuance and PNR management.
N
Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
N
Stay updated with airline policies and global travel regulations.
N

nRequirements:

At least 1 year of experience in ticketing.

Proficiency in at leastone GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).

Knowledge of ticketing processes and fare rules.

Robust English communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently during night shifts.
