nQoruz is looking for a passionate and trend-savvy Management Trainee – Influencer Marketing to join our growing team. If you're excited about social media, creators, brand campaigns, and digital culture, this role will give you hands-on exposure to the rapid-growing creator economy.

Initial training period of 3–6 months

Monthly stipend of ₹15,000 during the training period
n
Based on performance, candidates will be promoted to the role of Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist with a CTC hike after successful completion of training

nWhat You'll Do

n

n
Assist in identifying and onboarding relevant influencers across platforms
n
Support end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns
n
Coordinate with creators for content timelines, approvals, and deliverables
n
Help track campaign performance and maintain reports
n
Research social media trends, viral content,



and emerging creators
n
Work closely with internal teams including strategy, content, and sales
n
Maintain campaign data and creator databases
n

nWhat We're Looking For

n

n
Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing
n
Solid interest in social media, creators, and online trends
n
Good communication and coordination skills
n
Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn ecosystems
n
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment
n
Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel is a plus
