nWe are seeking an experienced and organised Personal Assistant to the CEO . The prospective candidate should be able to provide comprehensive support across the CEO’s professional and personal commitments. The role will involve managing day-to-day priorities, coordinating schedules and engagements, handling confidential matters, and ensuring seamless execution of key requirements.

n Key Responsibilities
n1. Calendar & Schedule Management
n
- n
- Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments and commitments.n
- Coordinate meetings, calls and personal engagements.n
- Ensure the CEO is adequately prepared for meetings and appointments.n
- Manage personal appointments and day-to-day requirements.n
- Assist with personal documentation, payments, subscriptions and administrative requirements.n
- Handle personal errands and special requests with complete discretion.n

n2. Travel Management
n
- n




- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel.n
- Manage flights, hotels, ground transportation and detailed itineraries.n
- Handle last-minute changes and travel contingencies.n
- Maintain organised records of travel and related documents.n

n3. Communication & Coordination
n
- n
- Manage calls, messages and correspondence on behalf of the CEO when required.n
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.n
- Prepare documents, presentations, notes and reports as required.n
- Maintain confidential records and important documents.n
- Organise meetings, events, dinners and other engagements.n
- Maintain trackers for personal and skilled commitments.n

n Candidate Profile
n
- n
- 10+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant.n
- Prior experience supporting a CEO, Founder, MD or CXO is strongly preferred.n
- Based in Delhi NCR and comfortable travelling withi
