nRoles & Responsibilities:

- n
- Manage the CEO's daily calendar, meetings, priorities, and correspondence across time zonesn
- Travel with the CEO for business across the GCC, Europe, and beyond — handling all logistics end-to-endn
- Coordinate with vendors, production partners, logistical partners, and external collaborators; track and follow through on deliverablesn
- Assist with ZAVI production timelines and monitor deadlines across the company; work closely with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveryn
- Capture quality on-ground photos and videos for ZAVI's social media channels and the Founder's personal social channelsn
- Provide attentive childcare support for the CEO's young child during traveln




- Manage home affairs and oversee household staff on behalf of the CEOn
- Run personal errands and provide lifestyle support as requiredn

nRequirements:

- n
- Must be based in Mumbain
- Has a history of receiving international visas (any country); comfortable travelling independently, with the family, and at short noticen
- Positive eye for social media content with the ability to independently capture quality photos and videosn
- Prior experience as a PA, EA, or in a household/childcare management role is a plusn
- Strong written and spoken Englishn
- Comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, communication, and coordinationn
