We have an prospect for Admin role for our Speciality Chemical Plant located at Berigai, Hosur.

/n

Looking for candidates with 6 -10 years of experience from similar industry.

/n

Role Purpose

/n

To manage and ensure smooth and effective administration of the plant, including facilities, employee services, security, transport, housekeeping, canteen, vendor management and general plant infrastructure.

/n

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day plant administration and facility management activities.
/n
- Ensure effective management of security, housekeeping, canteen, transport and other employee services.
/n
- Coordinate with security agencies and ensure proper implementation of plant security procedures and access control.
/n
- Manage administration-related vendors, contractors and service providers, including performance monitoring and bill verification.
/n
- Oversee plant facilities, office infrastructure, accommodation, utilities and common areas.
/n




- Coordinate employee transportation and other welfare facilities.
/n
- Ensure availability and upkeep of essential administrative facilities and services.
/n
- Support statutory and regulatory compliance related to administration, including coordination with relevant government authorities wherever required.
/n
- Maintain administration records, contracts, licenses, AMC agreements and other relevant documentation.
/n
- Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, EHS, Maintenance, Finance and Plant Operations for smooth functioning of the plant.
/n
- Handle employee and visitor-related administrative requirements and ensure adherence to plant entry procedures.
/n
- Monitor administrative expenses and support cost control and budgeting initiatives.
/n
- Organise plant events, employee engagement activities, meetings and other administrative requirements.
