NWe are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Client Success Manager to become the bridge between our clients and our creative production teams.
NAt AdbuthVerse, we work across video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, photography, digital content, AI-powered creative workflows, and other media services.
NThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple projects, solving problems, and making sure clients have an excellent experience from onboarding to delivery.
NROLE MISSION

NKeep clients happy, projects moving, communication clear, and the creative team aligned with client expectations.
NYou will understand client requirements, communicate them accurately to the creative team, track project progress, collect feedback, coordinate revisions, and ensure timely delivery.
