NSalary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month

NWe are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Architect to join our team and take ownership of residential projects from concept to execution.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations & working drawings N
- Coordinate with structural, MEP & site teams N
- Conduct site visits andensure execution as per drawings N
- Handle client meetings,presentations & design revisions N
- Review drawings and guide junior architects N
- Ensure quality, timelines & design standards N

nRequirements:

- n




- B.Arch with 4–6 years of relevant experience N
- Robust knowledge of residential architecture & construction N
- Proficiency in AutoCAD;
SketchUp/Revit/Lumion/Enscape is a plus N
- Good communication, coordination & client-handling skills N
- Ability to independently manage projects N
