We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Kota. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children in a positive and creative learning setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create engaging lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of young children, covering areas such as language, math, and social skills.
Facilitate Play-Based Learning: Use play as a key method of teaching, fostering children's creativity and encouraging them to explore and learn naturally.
Assess Student Development: Monitor and evaluate each child's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and making adjustments to teaching methods as required.
Create an Inviting Classroom Workplace: Design and maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom that encourages exploration and learning.
Build Relationships with Students and Parents: Develop solid, trusting relationships with children and their families, maintaining open communication about children's progress and needs.

Required Skills and Expectations:




A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (, , , , or ) is required.
A passion for early childhood education and a desire to inspire young learners.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm to create an enjoyable learning experience.
Ability to work full-time from the office and collaborate effectively with fellow educators and staff.
