Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with hands-on experience in UiPath to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into scalable automation workflows. He would be required to build end-end automations using Agentic AI and RPA features like UiPath Apps, Integration Services, DU and IXP, Re-framework, etc.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Studio Web, Orchestrator, Maestro and Robots
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
Build reusable components and frameworks for scalable automation
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams to gather requirements
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath
Robust expertise in:




UiPath Studio (REFramework preferred)
UiPath Orchestrator (queues, triggers, assets)
Experience with end-to-end automation lifecycle
Positive understanding of exception handling and logging mechanisms
Basic programming knowledge (C#, VB.NET, or similar)
Integration Services, UiPath Apps, Document Understanding
Building ML Models for DU, Gen AI based, IXP extraction models
Understanding PDD's, creating SDD's, Unit and SIT testing
Experience in creating Test cases and executing them
Re-Framework, Coding best practices, Security, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
UiPath Certification (Associate / Advanced Developer)
Experience with AI/ML integrations (Document Understanding, IXP)
Experience in UiPath Apps
Experience in Agentic AI and Maestro
Experience in
Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology
Experience in banking, finance, or healthcare domain (optional based on need)

Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
