The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of accounting principles, robust Excel & Tally skills, and a disciplined approach to documentation and coordination.

- Purchase data entry and client/vendor transaction recording N
- Sale bill creation and e-way bill generation N
- P.I. (Proforma Invoice)preparation N
- Service bill creation and payment follow-up N
- Export invoice preparation and documentation N
- Payment sheet preparation and payment planning N
- Debit note & credit note creation and maintenance N

nERP & Report Management

- Vendor entry and transaction logging in ERP N
- Monthly sales and purchase reports preparation N
- Maintain monthly sales register and submit reports via email to management N
- Handle and update Exceland Tally data sheets N
- Manage inventory through software systems N
- Oversee ERP operations and updates N

nDocument & Office Administration

- Stamp and organize bills N
- Manage all physical anddigital files N
- Maintain purchase register, dispatch machine list, and client lists N
- Handle courier dispatches and documentation N
- Leave management for staff N
- Factory-level coordination and support tasks N
- Handle petty cash and related records N
