NPearl Academy is looking for experienced and passionate professionals to join our academic team as Assistant/Associate Professor – Interior Design across our Mumbai and Bangalore campuses.
NWe are seeking design professionals and educators who bring strong expertise across interior design practice, construction detailing, furniture design, experiential/exhibition design, and emerging design technologies—along with a passion for mentoring the next generation of creative professionals.
NQualifications
nBachelor's in Interior Design/B.Arch and Master's in Interior Design/Master's in Architecture.
NExperience

- n
- 8–15 years of relevant industry and/or academic experience N
- Strong expertise in interior design practice, construction working drawings, furniture design, and experiential/exhibition design N
- Teaching and studio-mentoring experience preferred, including guiding student live projects, portfolios, and thesis/dissertation research N





nKey Areas of Expertise

- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino & Grasshopper, Revit and BIM N
- V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape/Twinmotion and immersive VR/AR walkthroughs N
- Interior construction detailing and technical knowledge of MEP drawings N
- BIM-based multidisciplinary coordination N
- Spatial planning, universal design/accessibility standards and ergonomics N
- Solid industry connections and ability to develop live projects, internships, and partnerships with design studios and firms N
- Academic and project coordination, including familiarity with LMS platforms N
