NWhy 'Founding'
nYou will be one of the first people responsible for turning Opsolute's enterprise GTM strategy into a repeatable prospecting and qualification motion. You will not inherit a mature script and simply dial through a list. You will help discover what works, document it, improve it and establish the operating standard for future SDRs.
NImportant: This is a founding execution role, not a people-management title. The opportunity to lead others should be earned by building a credible motion and demonstrating coaching and operating maturity.
NThe role:




NYou will create thoughtful conversations with senior engineering and finance leaders at AWS-heavy companies. You will use account intelligence, transparent business hypotheses and persistent multi-channel outreach to earn qualified discovery meetings and help progress early opportunities.
NWe are not looking for a call-centre approach. Raw activity matters only when it improves coverage, learning or conversion. The standard is relevance, credibility, qualification discipline and reliable follow-through.
NWhat you will own:

- Own human outreach across calls, email and LinkedIn for assigned target accounts in India, followed by UAE/MENA and APAC. N
- Engage CTOs, VPs of Engineering, engineering directors, SRE/platform leaders, FinOps leaders, CFOs and finance controllers with persona-relevant hypotheses. N
- Use account briefs and signals to personalize outreach
