nKey Responsibilities

- Handle inbound international customer calls professionally and confidently.n
- Assist customers with their queries, requests and concerns.n
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions.n
- Communicate with customers in clear, fluent and professional English.n




- Maintain a UK-style professional communication approach, including appropriate tone, pronunciation, vocabulary and etiquette.n
- Handle customer complaints and difficult situations calmly and professionally.n
- Provide step-by-step assistance and troubleshooting wherever required.n
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.n
- Follow Amazon/Sutherland process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.n
- Meet defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.n
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team when required.n
