Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly driven and consultative Key Accounts Manager / Senior KAM to manage and grow enterprise & mid-market accounts in Bangalore / Mumbai / Chennai. (Should be based in the appropriate location)
NThe ideal candidate should have solid experience in B2B IT Solution Sales / SaaS / Key Account Management, with the ability to engage CXOs, IT Heads and Procurement teams and drive revenue through new business, renewals, cross-sell and upsell.
NKey Areas of Responsibility
NManage and grow strategic/key enterprise accounts
NDrive new business, renewals, cross-sell & upsell
NPosition IT solutions based on customer business needs
NBuild and manage a strongsales pipeline
NWork with Pre-Sales teamson demos, POCs, proposals & BOQs
NLead commercial negotiations and deal closure
NDrive customer retention and account expansion
NMaintain accurate CRM, forecasts and account plans




NTrack market trends and competitive intelligence
NPreferred Solution Experience: MDM | DLP | AVIS | UEM | ITSM | Server, Storage & Backup | Network & Endpoint Security
NJob Requirements & Experience :
N5–10 years of experience in B2B IT/SaaS/IT Solution Sales or Key Account Management
NExperience with an IT System Integrator, Reseller or IT Distributor preferred
NProven track record of achieving sales targets
NStrong consultative selling & negotiation skills
NComfortable engaging withCXOs, IT & Procurement stakeholders
NStrong CRM and pipeline management skills
NExcellent communication and presentation skills
NBachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field;
MBA/BTech preferred
