NAbout the Role
nBon La Vie is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting statutory compliance, and ensuring smooth financial processes.
NKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and maintenance of books of accounts. N
- Handle Accounts Payable& Receivable, including vendor payments, customer invoicing, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations. N
- Perform bank, customer,and vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. N
- Maintain GST and TDS records, support statutory return filings, and coordinate with Chartered Accountants. N
- Prepare financial reports, MIS,



and management reports as required. N
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and maintain proper financial documentation. N
- Monitor banking transactions, expenses, employee reimbursements, payment schedules, and cash flow. N
- Assist with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial records. N
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting processes and financial controls. N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- n
- 2–4 years of experience as an Account Executive, Accountant, or in a similar finance role. N
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. N
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and India statutory compliance. N
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime. N
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. N
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy. N
