NGood to have Technical Skill Set - OTBI Reports, BI Reports, HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM REST APIs
NExperience Range - 5 to 10 Years
NLocation - Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad
NDesired Competencies
nStrong understanding with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud application, especially Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), Core HR
NWorking knowledge of OTBIand BI Reports
NExcellent communications skills
NCustomer and stakeholder management
NGood-to-Have
nExperience with HDL data loads, and basic HCM REST API and HCM extracts
