About the Role

Digital Khidki is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern to join our content and creative team. The intern will work on editing videos for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Shorts/Reels, while learning qualified video editing and digital content practices.

Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos, Reels, Shorts and social media content.
Add captions, subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects and basic animations.
Create engaging video edits according to the content requirements and brand guidelines.
Work on Hindi and English video content, including poetry, creator and brand content.
Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content.
Coordinate with the content and social media team to understand editing requirements.




Ensure videos are delivered within timelines and meet quality standards.
Keep up with current social media video trends, editing styles and formats.
Organize and maintain video files and project assets.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar tools.
Good understanding of Reels, Shorts and social media video formats.
Creative mindset with an eye for visuals, timing and storytelling.
Basic knowledge of typography, transitions, music and sound editing.
Ability to understand feedback and make revisions.
Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred
Knowledge of Hindi content, poetry or creator-based content will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and After Effects is a plus.
Candidates with a portfolio, sample edits or college projects will be preferred.
