Job Description

As part of our creative team, the ideal candidate will possess a robust passion for animation, visual storytelling, and design. In this role, you will create visual content for digital platforms, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:

Design, edit, and produce high-impact video content and motion graphics for digital platforms, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
n
Combine 2D and 3D design elements to create dynamic visual assets, titles, transitions, and special effects.
n
Collaborate closely with creative teams to translate project briefs and scripts into compelling video narratives.
n
Develop concept ideas, storyboards, and mood boards for video and motion projects.
n
Manage end-to-end video editing workflows, including rough cuts, color grading, audio mixing, and final delivery.
n
Ensure brand consistency and high aesthetic standards across all videos and motion deliverables.
n
Incorporate AI-powered editing and motion graphics tools
n
Stay updated with emerging industry trends, software developments, and digital content formats.
n




Be comfortable working across different formats — Reels, short-form videos, brand films, product videos, topical content, and campaign assets.
n
Have a strong understanding of pacing, music, transitions, visual storytelling, and what makes content engaging.
n

Skills Required:

n

n
Prior agency experience preferred or worked with well known brands.
n
1 to 3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design within an agency or studio environment.
n
Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Expertise in Premiere Pro and After Effects required; Photoshop and Illustrator preferred).
n
Demonstrated experience in both 2D and 3D motion design and animation workflows.
n
Solid foundation in fundamental animation principles, video pacing, and visual storytelling.
n
Working knowledge of comprehensive video production workflows from ingestion to final export.
n
Solid portfolio showcasing a robust mix of video editing, 2D motion graphics, and 3D design work.
n
Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced agency setting.
