We are dedicated to delivering high-quality skincare products to enhance our customers' beauty and well-being. We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager from Beauty, Skincare & Personal Care industry with 4+ year of experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in marketing, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.

Role Overview :

n

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end brand marketing initiatives, from campaign strategy and product launches to content, influencers and consumer activations.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Own and execute integrated brand campaigns and product launches.
n
Develop content and social media strategies across platforms.
n
Manage influencer collaborations, shoots and creative production.
n
Plan and execute events,



activations and brand partnerships.
n
Manage marketing budgets, agencies and external vendors.
n
Track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
n
Work cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, sales, PR and finance teams.
n
Manage and mentor junior team members.
n

What We're Looking For:

n
4+ years of experience in brand/digital marketing, preferably in beauty, FMCG, fashion or lifestyle.
n
Robust understanding of social media, influencer marketing and content.
n
Excellent project, stakeholder and budget management skills.
n
Creative, data-driven and highly organised.
n
Solid ownership and ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.
