Role & responsibilities:
Outline the day-to-day responsibil
Maintaining Records of All Medical Instruments (Analytical & Ancillaries) (Purchased or RR) Lab location wise
Ensuring Timely Preventive Maintenance of all medical Equipment in coordination with OEM
Ensuring Timely Calibration of Non- Analytical Instruments & maintaining records for Calibration certificate etc.
Maintaining Service Records for all Instruments for NABL, CAP and other accreditation Audits
Primary point of contact of Lab Team for any kind of instrument breakdowns
Primary Diagnosis & support for all Breakdowns
Connecting with OEM for online & On site support for breakdowns
Maintaining Track of all AMC/CMC
Coordination with the Purchase Team for timely renewal of AMC / CMC
Coordination with Purchase Team for Commercial requirements (Spares etc.) for breakdown
10.Training Lab Team for proper utilization of instrument
Upkeep of the instruments as per OEM protocols
Supporting the Purchase Team on technical aspects for current medical Capex procurement
Periodic Review of Vendor performance along with Purchase Team
Support for discarding of the non-usable assets as per e-waste norms for Complianceities for this role.
