Role & responsibilities
Execute and supervise civil, structural, interior fit-out, MEP, HVAC, fire protection, ceiling, electrical, and finishing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with MEP, IT/AV, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and integration of all site activities.
Monitor installation of flooring, painting, furniture, fixtures, workstations, and equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Conduct site measurements, verify layouts, and identify/report discrepancies prior to execution.
Ensure site readiness including floor handover, work permits, safety compliance, temporary utilities, and client coordination before commencement of work.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR),



maintain project updates, and track execution status through R-Dash.
Manage material receipts, GRN updates, stock transfers, consumption tracking, and daily project expense updates in R-Dash.
Maintain complete project documentation including DPRs, material records, expense tracking, and handover documentation.
Ensure proper housekeeping, site cleanliness, deep cleaning activities, and readiness for final project handover.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion within quality, safety, and cost parameters.
