Role & responsibilities
Overall management of Accounts & Finance operations.
Preparation and review of Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
Monthly and annual financial closing and reporting.
Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Working capital and cash-flow management.
Handling CC/OD limits, Bank Guarantees, Loans, LC and other banking facilities.
Liaison and negotiation with banks and financial institutions.
Monitoring receivables, payables and fund utilization.
GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
Coordination with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Tax Consultants.
Strengthening internal financial controls and risk-management systems.
Monitoring customer outstanding and improving collection efficiency.
Cost control and profitability analysis.
Providing financial analysis and strategic inputs to the Directors/Management.
Managing and mentoring the Accounts & Finance team.




Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.

Preferred candidate profile
CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Strong experience in corporate finance, accounting, banking and working capital management.
Experience in independently handling senior-level finance responsibilities.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
Excellent knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis.
Solid working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software.
Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates with experience in MSME / Manufacturing / Infrastructure / Project-based organizations will be preferred.
