Responsibilities:
Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements,
and reports for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure financial accounting and reporting in accordance with Ind AS/IFRS.
Support month-end and year-end closing and reporting activities.
Perform P&L; and balance sheet variance analysis.
Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
Ensure timely account reconciliations and resolution of open items.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit requirements.
Support ICFR/internal control processes and compliance.
Identify prospects for process improvement and automation.
Monitor relevant accounting, statutory, and regulatory developments.
Requirements & Competencies:
Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting/Accounting/Statutory Audit.
Big 4 articleship experience preferred.
Solid knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
