Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, surveyors and site supervisors.
Monitor work progress, material requirements, manpower and project timelines.
Check measurements, quantities and quality of civil works.
Coordinate with consultants and project management teams for smooth execution.
Maintain daily site reports, progress records and relevant documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
Candidates with experience in township, residential or large-scale development projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of civil works, site supervision,



construction management and project execution.
Experience in coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
Valuable understanding of construction drawings, measurements, BOQ and quality control.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site activities, manpower and timelines effectively.
Candidates currently based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur preferred.
