Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team in the Healthcare/Diagnostics industry. The intern will support recruitment activities for various healthcare and corporate positions, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

Search and shortlist candidates for various Healthcare, Diagnostics, Sales, Operations, and Corporate positions.

Screen resumes based on job requirements and candidate suitability.

Conduct initial candidate calls to understand experience, availability, location, and salary expectations.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.





Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Prepare and share interview details with candidates.

Coordinate with selected candidates for required documentation and joining formalities.

Support the TA team in achieving recruitment targets and closing positions within timelines.

Assist in other day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities as required.

Required Skills

Positive verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Good follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Ability to work in a quick-paced recruitment workplace.

Willingness to learn about Healthcare/Diagnostics recruitment.

Good sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM – HR, BBA, B.Com, B.A., or any Post graduate pursuing with an interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
