Sales Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and build relationships with clients in the real estate sector. The role involves identifying prospects, conducting client meetings, presenting RERA-related services, following up with leads, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, promoters, real estate consultants, architects, and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and explain suitable RERA-related services.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Follow up with leads and prospects for conversions.
Maintain updated records of leads and client interactions.
Coordinate with legal and technical teams for client servicing.
Achieve monthly sales targets.




Stay updated on real estate market trends and RERA developments.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Experience in B2B sales or real estate sales is preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive negotiation and presentation skills.
Robust follow-up and client relationship skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Comfortable with client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred
Experience working with real estate developers, builders, promoters, consultants, or architects.
Basic knowledge of RERA or real estate-related services

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
