Role & Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support applications using Mainframe technologies.
Work on COBOL, JCL, and DB2 for application development and maintenance.
Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Mainframe programs.
Support production issues and ensure system stability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and system improvements.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in Mainframe development.
Strong hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
Experience in application support, maintenance, and enhancements.
Positive understanding of Mainframe architecture and batch processing.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with distributed teams.
