Min. 5 yrs of experience in HIGHRISE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION (Only Apply)

Industry : Real Estate - Housing Construction Only

Expected Experience : upto 12 years

Notice Period : Immediate

Key Skills :

experience in handling high rise projects with positive understanding of structural, plumbing & electrical & architectural drawings.
n
Excellent technical as well as practical knowledge.
n
Positive statutory requirement knowledge like NBC, Bylaw etc
n
Preference for experience in developers office
n
Co-ordination with all external consultants on board
n
Co-ordination with Execution team , site visits for design accuracy check
n
Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications, documentation & record keeping effective communication skills to co-ordinate with all consultants on board
n
Valuable Knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up , MS office
