Position Details: Position : Event Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to lead and execute business events that align with our brand’s goals.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Event,Marketing strategies,BTL and digital marketing, vendor management and data analytics , with a creative approach to delivering impactful experiences.

Plan, manage, and execute business events, and marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align event strategies with brand positioning and lead generation goals .

Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure events are well-promoted through various digital channels.

Manage vendor relationships , negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless event execution.

Develop and execute event budgets, timelines, and logistics planning.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and post-event reporting .





Leverage creative thinking to design unique event experiences that resonate with the target audience.

Utilize video editing skills for post-event content creation, promotional videos, and marketing materials.

Analyze event performance metrics and leverage data insights to optimize future events and marketing efforts.

Experience: Minimum (3-4) years in business event planning and execution.

Solid understanding of marketing strategies, BTL marketing, and digital marketing .

Proven experience in vendor management and maintaining strong industry connections.

Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique event formats.

Knowledge of webinar platforms and virtual event execution.

Proficiency in video editing tools to create engaging promotional and post-event content.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Proficiency in data analytics tools and ability to derive insights from event metrics .
