- Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolutionn
- Schedule and manage student classesn
- Be the relationship expert who keeps customers happy and coming backn
nWhat we're looking for:

- Prior customer service experiencen
- Strong English communicationn
- Bachelor's degreen
- Available to work from office (in-person role)n
nTwo shift options available: Day Shift (1 PM–10 PM) and US Shift (10 PM–7 AM, one weekday off).
