nONE Simulation is looking for a highly driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help us expand our healthcare simulation solutions across India and international markets.
nLocation: Noida, India & Cardiff, UK
n Role: Sales Specialist
n Experience: 0–3 Years preferred | High-performance freshers may also apply
n### Key Responsibilities
n1. Sales Pipeline & Customer Engagement
n
- n
- Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-upsn
- Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrationsn
- Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leadsn

n2. Sales Target Achievement
n
- n
- Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsn
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reportsn
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closuren

n3. Conferences & Workshops
n
- n
- Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshopsn
- Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makersn




- Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into salesn

n4. Sales-Driven Mindset
n
- n
- Strong hunger for achieving and exceeding targetsn
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsn
- Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environmentn
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshopsn

- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2B sales is an advantagen
