Job Description:

The Program Manager will oversee SAP TM projects ensuring efficient order management transportation planning and freight cost management. Responsibilities
Lead SAP TM projects focusing on order management and transportation planning to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee testing processes within SAP TM to ensure system reliability and performance.
Provide strategic insights into freight cost management and settlement to optimize financial outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP TM functionalities with business objectives.
Develop and implement transportation planning strategies that improve delivery timelines and reduce costs.
Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.




Analyze data from SAP TM systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP TM operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within SAP TM processes to enhance productivity.
Support the integration of SAP TM with other enterprise systems for seamless operations.
Provide training and guidance to team members on SAP TM functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications
Demonstrate expertise in SAP TM Testing to ensure robust system functionality.
Possess robust skills in SAP TM Order Management for effective logistics operations.
Have experience in SAP TM Transportation Planning to optimize delivery routes.
Show proficiency in SAP TM Freight Cost Management and Settlement for financial efficiency.
Exhibit knowledge of hybrid work models to adapt to adaptable working settings.
Display excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
Hold a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in SAP TM projects.
