Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and administrators to design and configure solutions.
Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions.
Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes.
Support testing efforts including UAT coordination and validation.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
Maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and release notes.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
