Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate telecalling/sales
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain projects, properties, pricing, and offers to clients.
Follow up with leads and schedule site visits.
Maintain customer records and achieve calling/sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant telecalling/real estate experience.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Hindi/English/Marathi proficiency preferred.
