We are looking for a driven and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you are confident in international client communication, lead generation, sales outreach, and building long-term business relationships, we would love to hear from you.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.n
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other outbound channels.n
- Connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and present suitable solutions.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closure.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and decision-makers.n
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and follow-up communications.n
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new industries, regions, and potential accounts.n
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.n
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.n
- Consistently achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, pipeline, and revenue targets.n
- Participate in virtual meetings and calls with clients across different international time zones.n

- Strong business development, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.n
- Experience with international sales / business development / client acquisition.n
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing, and outbound sales strategies.n
- Ability to communicate confidently with founders, managers, and senior-level decision-makers.n
- Solid follow-up and relationship-management skills.n
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.n
