Role summary

n

Deliver configuration, support and testing for the SAP ePPM/PPM and PS solution under the guidance of the functional lead, resolving day-to-day incidents and service requests and supporting sprint deliveries.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
Configure and maintain SAP ePPM/PPM and SAP PS per approved user stories and defect fixes.
n
Resolve functional incidents and service requests (L2/L3); document root cause and knowledge base articles (KBAs).
n
Prepare functional specifications and support the technical team on developments.
n
Execute unit and SIT testing,



prepare test scripts and support users during UAT.
n
Maintain configuration and functional documentation in the validated workplace.
n
3–6 years SAP functional experience, including 2+ years in SAP PPM/ePPM or SAP PS on S/4HANA.
n
Hands-on configuration of portfolio/project structures, budgeting, resourcing, status/workflow and reporting.
n
Understanding of the ePPM – PLM Change Record integration; experience with test-management tools (Azure DevOps / Solution Manager).
n
Agile / DevOps delivery and positive communication skills.
n

n
Pharma / GxP exposure; Fiori and BRF+ basics; SAP PPM certification.
