Finance Controller/ Business Analyst
i. Prepare budgets (Monthly/ Qtrly/ Annual) for the projects currently being executed
ii. Track the actual performance and provide variance analysis
iii. Project wise/ Cost Centre wise budget and cost monitoring including commodity prices, construction costs, marketing spends etc.
iv. Indirect cost management viz. admin, SG&A;
v. Develop performance metrics to evaluate operational efficiency and cost overruns.
vi. Robust connect with department leads on project discussion/ cost, identify gap in fund flow to augment project progress etc.
vii. Assist in driving Monthly Performance Review (MPR) with management presentation and reports
viii. Deliver the reports on timely basis to have adequate review before management presentation
ix. Provide actionable insights for decision-making
