Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to candidate onboarding and joining.
Handle technical hiring across various technology domains including Software Development, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, DevOps, and Infrastructure.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team objectives.
Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, databases, and networking.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical and cultural fit.
Conduct recruiter assessments and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates.
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
Follow up with candidates during notice periods and ensure successful joining.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure recruitment metrics, ATS records,



and candidate trackers are updated accurately.
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience handling end-to-end technical hiring independently.
Robust expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social recruiting platforms.
Experience hiring for niche and senior technology roles.
Robust understanding of software development technologies, cloud platforms, AI/ML, data engineering, and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Solid ownership mindset and ability to work as an Individual Contributor.
