JoraIQ is an AI-powered personalized learning platform that helps students identify learning gaps, master concepts, build job-ready skills, and prepare for placements. Colleges use JoraIQ to improve student learning outcomes, engagement, and placement readiness through adaptive learning and real-time performance insights. About the Role We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to acquire colleges and universities across Delhi NCR. This is a field-led, revenue-owning role. You will manage the complete B2B sales cycle—from identifying colleges and connecting with decision-makers to conducting demos, launching pilots, negotiating commercials, and converting institutions into paid JoraIQ partners. Key Responsibilities * Identify and prospect colleges, universities, and higher-education institutions across Delhi NCR. * Build relationships with TPOs, Placement Heads, Deans, HODs, Directors, Registrars, and college management. * Generate your own pipeline through calls, emails, referrals, networking, events, and campus visits.



* Understand each institution’s learning, student engagement, and placement-readiness challenges. * Conduct compelling product presentations and live demonstrations of JoraIQ. * Create proposals, coordinate pilots, negotiate commercials, and close paid institutional subscriptions. * Follow up consistently with multiple stakeholders throughout the institutional buying process. * Coordinate with JoraIQ’s academic, product, and onboarding teams to ensure successful pilot execution. * Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, opportunities, follow-ups, and forecasts in the CRM. * Support renewals, account expansion, and long-term institutional relationships. Success Metrics Performance will primarily be measured through: * Qualified college opportunities generated * Meetings and product demonstrations conducted * Pilots initiated and converted into paid subscriptions * Current colleges acquired * Revenue generated
