About the RoleUK International London Beauty School is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented Vice President – Business Development to lead and drive the business growth of our Noida branch.
The ideal candidate will be a solid business leader with proven experience in sales, business development, team management, strategic partnerships and revenue generation. The candidate should have the ability to build high-performing teams, develop current business opportunities and create strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall business development and revenue strategy for the Noida branch.
- Drive student enrolments, revenue growth and achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Lead, mentor and manage the Business Development,



Sales and Counselling teams.
- Develop new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, salons, academies, influencers and other strategic alliances.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, industry professionals and stakeholders.
- Identify new markets, customer segments and revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation, conversion and retention strategies.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to counselling, conversion and enrolment.
- Analyse sales data, KPIs and market trends to improve business performance.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to create and execute campaigns and promotional activities.
- Establish strong sales processes, reporting systems and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular reviews of team performance and implement corrective actions where required.
