Must-have Unity, simulation and integration skills
 7+ years of hands-on professional experience in Unity Engine development with strong C# programming skills.
 Strong understanding of Unity architecture, component-based design, scene management, prefabs, scripting patterns and reusable module development.
 Experience building real-time simulations, interactive touchscreen applications, multi- screen experiences, digital twins or enterprise visualisation solutions.
 Working knowledge of Unity Animator/Mecanim, animation state machines, rigging concepts, motion capture integration and physics-based animation.
 Experience integrating Unity applications with REST APIs, WebSockets, MQTT, IoT data streams and backend services.
 Ability to create data visualisation interfaces, real-time dashboards, interaction layers and responsive UI components inside Unity.
 Strong debugging and optimisation skills, including Unity Profiler, performance profiling, frame-rate optimisation, asset optimisation and memory management.




 Valuable understanding of networking protocols, asynchronous communication, event- driven architecture and low-latency application behaviour.
 Experience with Git-based source control, Agile delivery, code reviews, technical documentation and collaboration with distributed engineering teams.
 Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills with the confidence to work independently on complex Unity-led simulation and experience engineering challenges.
 Experience deploying Unity applications to WebGL/Unity Web platforms, including browser-based interactive visualizations, digital twins, simulations and enterprise experience portals.
 Strong understanding of web integration patterns, including JavaScript interoperability, REST APIs, WebSockets, authentication mechanisms and cloud- hosted Unity experiences.
 Experience integrating Unity applications with AI and agentic systems utilizing protocols such as Model
