NWhat You'll Do

- Lead and grow the regional business by delivering sales, profitability, and collection targets. N
- Develop and execute regional sales and business strategies aligned with company objectives. N
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and key growers. N
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. N
- Collaborate with Product Development, Crop Specialists, and R&D; to drive successful product evaluations and commercial launches. N
- Drive forecasting, pricing, inventory planning, and market development initiatives. N
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and government interactions where required. N
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer insights to identify recent business opportunities. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture or a related discipline. N
- 7–10 years of experience in the vegetable seed or agricultural inputs industry. N
- Proven experience leading regional sales teams and distributor networks. N
- Strong commercial, analytical, and business planning skills. N
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. N
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. N
