BMEG : OOH CREATIVE DESIGN SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a strong visual storyteller with expertise in OOH Design and a sharp
understanding of how brands communicate in the physical world.As part of BMEG’s Creative
Team, you will translate creative concepts and strategy into high-impact OOH designs that are
visually compelling, practical and execution-ready.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

OOH Design & Visualization
 Create impactful designs for hoardings, billboards, DOOH, transit, mall media and
ambient formats.
 Develop OOH innovations and visually bring creative concepts to life.
 Adapt key visuals across multiple media formats while maintaining consistency and
visibility.
 Create realistic mockups and renders that demonstrate scale, placement and impact.
 Understand OOH specifications, viewing distances, media environments and execution
limitations.

Creative & Execution
 Work closely with Creative, Planning, Servicing and Production teams.
 Take briefs from concept through to final design and artwork.
 Support pitches with mood boards, mockups,



renders and strong visual storytelling.
 Ensure ideas are practical, scalable and execution ready.
 Coordinate with production and vendors where required to maintain the quality of final
execution.

PREFERRED SOFTWARE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Strong 2D skills:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
3D visualization skills preferred:
SketchUp / Blender / Cinema4D / 3ds Max or similar tools
AI-powered creative tools:
Hands-on ability to use AI tools for creative ideation, visual generation, image enhancement,
mockups and rapid concept visualisation.
A strong understanding of scale, materials, print production and final artwork is essential.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS
 Strong OOH design experience.
 Robust visualisation and aesthetic sensibility.
 Ability to independently take ownership of a creative brief.
 Understanding of static, digital and innovative OOH formats.
 Proficiency in using AI as part of the crea
