Jackson Hewitt's Human Resources team is hiring an HRIS Analyst to support the systems, data,
and compliance backbone of our hiring and employment lifecycle. This is a deliberately blended role. The majority of the work is analytical: building reports and dashboards, maintaining system configuration, auditing employee data, and improving the end-to-end technologies HR relies on. The balance is hands-on employment compliance, including review and audit of employment eligibility documentation, and full ownership of offboarding for the COO organization.
We are looking for solid technical talent first. Deep prior expertise in United States hiring regulation is welcome but not required; a demonstrated ability and genuine appetite to learn it is. The person in this seat will grow into the team's subject matter expert on the intersection of HR data and hiring compliance.

Systems, Reporting, and Analytics
- Design and maintain reports, queries, models, and dashboards that answer recurring and ad hoc questions from HR and business leaders.
