Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with solid exposure to the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in new client acquisition, business development, account growth, and client relationship management.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, developing a strong sales pipeline, and building long-term business relationships. We are looking for someone who understands the US staffing market and can independently drive revenue and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and acquire new clients/logos in the US market.
- Build, maintain, and continuously develop a strong sales pipeline/funnel.
- Identify and approach prospective clients through multiple business development channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.




- Understand clients' staffing and hiring requirements and coordinate closely with the recruitment/delivery team.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing accounts.
- Analyze US staffing market trends, competition, and potential industries to develop effective market penetration strategies.
- Prepare and present business proposals in coordination with the operations and delivery teams.
- Drive client retention, account growth, and repeat business.
- Participate in negotiations involving contracts, commercial terms, bill rates, and consultant-related requirements.
- Establish measurable sales goals, revenue targets, and KPIs with a strong focus on ROI and business growth.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients throughout the complete sales lifecycle.
