NBiodeal Pharmaceutical Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships and expansion of contract manufacturing opportunities across domestic and/or international markets.
NThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in pharmaceutical business development, contract manufacturing, third-party manufacturing or CDMO, along with excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing/CDMO segment. N
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients across domestic and international markets. N
- Develop and maintain relationships with pharma companies, distributors, marketers and potential business partners. N
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with Production, R&D;, QA, QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to develop suitable business proposals. N




- Drive the complete business development cycle from lead generation and client discussions to negotiations, order closure and account management. N
- Prepare and deliver company presentations, product portfolios, commercial proposals and business offers to prospective clients. N
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, MOQs, payment terms and other business conditions. N
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed business. N
- Identify market trends,competitor activities and emerging business opportunities. N
- Develop market strategies to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. N
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business, product expansion and long-term partnerships. N
- Participate in pharmaceutical exhibitions, conferences, client meetings and industry networking events. N
