Njourney, Eisai is rollingout a single global ITSM platform (ServiceNow) and establishing a
NTechnology Alignment Network (TAN) — Eisai's model for a Center of Excellence (CoE) —
Nto govern, standardize, and continuously improve ITSM and Cloud services globally.
NThe ITSM TAN, leveraging Eisai's Global Capability Center (GCC), will act as the governing
Nand enabling body for ITSM process excellence, platform governance, adoption, and
Ncontinual improvement across regions while ensuring alignment with regulatory, data
Nsovereignty, and operational requirements.
