Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to generate leads and engage prospective customers.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Manage customer queries and responses through WhatsApp and social media channels.
Execute WhatsApp broadcasts and digital campaigns for lead generation and promotional activities.
Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and lead generation metrics.
Prepare monthly social media and campaign performance reports.
Coordinate with the Design, Sales, and Content teams for promotional campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and platform updates.
Maintain consistent brand communication across all digital channels.

Preferred candidate profile
Content creation and copywriting.
Social media advertising and campaign management.
CRM and customer relationship management.
Basic photo and video editing.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Ability to create engaging promotional content and marketing copies.
