Manage and update customer information using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline status




Utilize sales automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts, track progress, and improve overall sales productivity
Negotiate terms with clients effectively, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements that close deals efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service during all client interactions, maintaining professionalism and clarity in communication
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and ongoing support for existing accounts

Experience
Proven experience in technology sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments, preferably within a call center or inside sales setting
Solid background in CRM system proficiency, especially Salesforce or similar platforms, with a focus on sales pipeline management
Demonstrated success in outbound calling, telemarketing, and warm calling strategies that result in deal closures
