Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer with extensive experience in Guidewire DataHub Infocenter, SQL, and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Personal Lines, specifically with Guidewire Policy Center. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze complex requirements and deliver high quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Guidewire DataHub and Policy Center.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for data integration and ETL processes.
Write and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Ensure the quality and integrity of data through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.




Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Guidewire and data management.

Mandatory Skills:
7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Guidewire DataHub and Policy Center.
Robust proficiency in SQL and ETL processes.
In depth knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C;) Personal Lines insurance domain.
Experience in data modeling and data integration techniques.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with other Guidewire products such as Billing Center and Claim Center.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and data warehousing solutions.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDL
